Job Summary:

The successful candidate will operate a lattice boom type crane to hoist and move materials, raise and lower heavy weights, and perform other related operations. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and a focus on ensuring the safety of our team and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a crawler type or rubber-tired crane to perform various tasks, including placement of rock riprap, clamshell, dragline, pipe, and pile driving operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service tasks on the crane, including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve departmental and company goals, while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.


Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience operating a crane on road and bridge construction projects.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to handle equipment and perform tasks with precision.


Working Conditions:

This role requires working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment, with exposure to changing weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials as needed.
