Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of key milestones.
- Provide high-quality services, improve customer interactions, and effectively utilize resources to increase efficiency.
- Contribute to SHI's overall success targets and build relationships with Customer Success Managers, Microsoft, and internal SHI resources.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Foundational Microsoft licensing knowledge preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities.
- Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contacts.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
