Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of key milestones.
  • Provide high-quality services, improve customer interactions, and effectively utilize resources to increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to SHI's overall success targets and build relationships with Customer Success Managers, Microsoft, and internal SHI resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Foundational Microsoft licensing knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contacts.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
