Job Title: Sheetmetal Foreman

At Southern Air, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of commercial sheetmetal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of sheetmetal technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Inspect and test sheetmetal systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sheetmetal installation and repair.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
