About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for executing our sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication
  • Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations
  • Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
