• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Assist with tasks such as verifying customer identification, processing transactions, and answering customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
