About the Role

As a Department Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Stocking Associates to maintain a fully stocked and clean environment for our pets and pet parents. You'll also provide guidance and development opportunities to help them grow their careers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of plan-o-grams and organizing promotional and sale price changes
  • Overseeing fulfillment of In-Store Pick Up Orders
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience by ensuring our associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions
