Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain authentic relationships with patients and their support systems
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients in navigating their health journey
- Accept responsibility and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required
- One year relevant experience, preferred
