Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes greeting clients, handling incoming calls, scheduling consultations, quoting legal fees, online chat, responding to client communications, data entry, processing mail, handling checks, and assisting with legal agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office setting. You will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a teamwork mentality.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in an office setting. Attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills, and a teamwork mentality. Retail, serving, and/or call center experience a plus.

Benefits:
This is a full-time position, requiring availability Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Extended hours rotation may be required as needed. A federal and state background investigation will be necessary for this role.

Location: Owings Mills, MD
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
