Executive Chef

**Job Summary:**

Cascade Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial food service equipment in a safe and accurate manner.
• Answer customer questions regarding menus and recipes.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, staff, and the public to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and personal hygiene as required by the department.
• Attend required trainings and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• One year of related work experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service fields.
• Active WA State Department of Health food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Active ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in healthcare or modified diets.
• Experience working with tray line services.
• Bilingual.
