About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to reduce energy consumption
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Universal EPA certification preferred; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
