Hours:
  • Part-time role with a flexible schedule.
  • Up to 32 hours per week, with potential for full-time.
  • After school, early evening and some Saturday hours will be required.
  • School Year: The center is open Monday-Thursday 10am-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 12-7pm, and Saturday 9am-3pm.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
  • Managing front office operations, including engaging with students/families, addressing phones/emails/texts, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Administering academic evaluations and interim testing.
  • Performing financial activities such as managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
  • Meeting with students to assess progress and experience.
  • Participating in local business and marketing activities to help grow the Center.
  • Teaching students.

For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and strength in relationship-building.
