Product Support Specialist

Hours: Flexible Schedule; 30 hours per week (parttime)

Support sales and marketing initiatives programs and goals through telephone fax direct mail and email efforts with assigned or unassigned territories.

Responsibilities of a Product Support Specialist are to promote product awareness establish and maintain relationships and educate physicians along with key customers on Palmettos products. Our Product Support Specialists are responsible for continued communication with key customers including physicians nurses medical assistants and pharmacists to ensure:

  • Product awareness
  • Product education
  • Product availability
  • Increased prescribers of Palmetto products

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Major responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Contact physician base provided by Palmetto to educate on and promote Palmetto products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in physician offices.
  • Manage regular call rotation.
  • Record and maintain customer database including demographics literature mailings and office infrastructure.
  • Research physician base as necessary to gain contact information.
  • Respond to incoming calls emails and voice messages.
  • Participate in product training to gain product proficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent related experience (required)
  • Customer service / sales experience (recommended)
