The Aviation Customer Service Representative is essential to our operations, ensuring that both crew and passengers receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Offer concierge services to pilots and clients, including making necessary reservations.
  • Manage invoicing for services provided to customers and pilots.
  • Document customer preferences in the Freeman Jet Center Customer Service Interface.
  • Prepare proactively for all incoming aircraft.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding service issues or customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the line service team to surpass customer service expectations.
  • Ensure the hospitality bar is well-stocked with snacks and beverages.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.

Essential Competencies:

  • Customer-focused with an outgoing personality.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members, both in person and via phone or radio.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Work Environment:

This role is situated in a professional atmosphere, with potential exposure to various weather conditions and direct interaction with aircraft.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capable of standing to greet customers and walking throughout the facility.
  • Possible exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery.
Position Details:

This is a non-exempt role that may require shift work, including evenings and rotating weekends, as well as working on company holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Excel databases.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace, including pre-employment and random screenings.
