Position Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and seasoned Scheduler to enhance our operations. The Scheduler will take charge of formulating, revising, and sustaining project timelines utilizing Primavera P6. The preferred candidate will possess extensive knowledge of horizontal construction projects along with a robust background in project scheduling. Experience in horizontal construction is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold comprehensive project schedules through Primavera P6.
  • Engage with project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to collect essential data for schedule formulation.
  • Track project advancement and modify schedules to accommodate alterations.
  • Detect potential scheduling issues and suggest strategies to alleviate delays.
  • Generate and disseminate regular schedule reports and updates on progress to the project team and upper management.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines and contractual obligations.
  • Support the formulation of project budgets and resource allocations.
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and offer recommendations for enhancements.
  • Create schedules for bidding processes, including design-build initiatives.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling within horizontal construction.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
  • Strong grasp of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational capabilities.
