Job Title: Admissions Representative

Bryan University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospective and new students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized advisement to prospective and new students, addressing their academic goals and needs.
  • Facilitate the admissions process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with students, financial aid, and other departments.
  • Utilize advanced software technology to manage student outreach, track progress, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Dean to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly performance goals.
  • Embody a customer-centric approach, prioritizing student satisfaction and delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in admissions, consultative service, sales, or recruiting.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building trusting relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and manage high volumes of phone calls and emails.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
