Our dedicated sales management and service teams are committed to nurturing, training, and guiding our incoming Producers. This Development Program encompasses education on insurance fundamentals, client outreach, the sales process, our unique services, and strategies for crafting innovative solutions.Duties & Functions
The Insurance Sales Associate is accountable for establishing new connections, identifying business opportunities, and building their own portfolio of clients.
They will identify and cultivate a pipeline of suitable prospects through various activities, including but not limited to, cold outreach, participation in networking events, email initiatives, and face-to-face meetings.
The Insurance Sales Associate is responsible for uncovering potential clients' challenges and collaborating with our service teams to develop, articulate, and implement suitable solutions.
By leveraging the expertise of our Senior Producers and strategically utilizing our tailored risk management services, our Insurance Sales Associates effectively deliver significant value to our prospects and clients.
Compensation
Base salary with unlimited bonus potential
Residual commissions upon validation
Reimbursement for travel, communication devices, training, and other business-related expenses.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
1-3 years of external sales experience.
Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
Strong sales aptitude and a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives in a competitive landscape.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
Proficient in utilizing technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and online communication platforms.
Capacity to learn and comprehend intricate insurance products and industry regulations.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
Salary Description
$80,000 to $90,000.
