Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing service coordination with and on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of case management experience with children ages 0-3 and their families. You will also need to have experience working with a high caseload of over 60 clients and be proficient in Spanish.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, basic business hours, and is expected to last for approximately 4 months. The salary for this position is $35/hour, plus mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service coordination with and on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities and their families
  • Ensure clients receive services and supports consistent with individual concerns, desires, and priorities
  • Work in partnership with clients, families, service providers, and members of the community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of case management experience with children ages 0-3 and their families
  • Experience working with a high caseload of over 60 clients
  • Proficient in Spanish
