Installation Specialist

The Installation Technician plays a vital role in the success of Wicked Cool Mechanical LLC, responsible for delivering high-quality HVACR installation services to commercial customers. This position requires a skilled professional with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform routine HVACR installation activities with minimal supervision.
• Assist in the training of new employees on installation-related subjects, including callback prevention and installation protocols.
• Conduct point-of-work sales of Indoor Air Quality services, unit components, and referrals for the Wicked Cool Mechanical LLC sales staff.
• Support the IAQ and Service Departments with non-installation work as assigned.

• High school graduate and graduate of a post-secondary HVACR program of instruction.
• One or more years of successful and full-time HVACR experience.
• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions.
• Physical ability to perform duties under various conditions and extreme weather conditions.
• Interest in maintaining HVACR skills through self-study, company training, and professional development activities.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressures, non-standard schedules, and varying customer needs.
