Position Overview
Harger Lightning and Grounding is expanding, and we are in search of a meticulous and proactive Staff Accountant to enhance our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Processing invoices and overseeing vendor payments.
  • Managing customer billing and collections.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
