Information Technology Specialist

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the functionality and efficiency of a network operations center supporting IT infrastructure at multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
* Develop, track, revise, and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of IT and computing resources.
* Diagnose and solve customer issues, manage customer accounts, establish and repair customer accounts, and find ways to improve support procedures.
Requirements:
* Must be DoDD 8140, IAT II compliant (CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, Security+ CE)
* Ability to work independently and with a team
* Ability to adapt to changing technology
* Coachable and Receptive
* Effective Client-facing skills to include: communication, active listening, critical thinking, time management, and adaptability
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
