Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling projects, coordinating with customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule projects, including reroofing, gutter installation, and repair and maintenance services.
  • Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
  • Review documents to determine personnel and material requirements.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies.
  • Arrange for delivery and distribution of supplies and parts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Confer with department supervisors to assess progress and discuss needed changes.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Experience with problem resolution and conflict management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good understanding of construction principles and methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Dependable and able to meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production management or leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling and coordination.
