Program Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Antelope Valley programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the direction and attainment of program objectives, maintaining accurate statistics and reporting on all Prevention Antelope Valley Programs, and developing and implementing a quality assurance plan.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in program management and supervision. They will be responsible for leading a team of program supervisors and subcontractors, developing and implementing program evaluation plans, and maintaining accurate statistics and presenting results at regular meetings.
