Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing community, Regency Florence, located in the heart of the Central Oregon Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, nursing services, and training/supervising staff.
  • Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment.
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
  • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
  • Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply
