Qualifications:

* Prior experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or account management (preferably in the insurance industry).
* Active Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
* Proficient with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a fun and supportive team environment.
