Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience: We require at least 1-2 years' experience as a CT technologist.
  • Graduate from an accredited school: You must have graduated from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Certifications: Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities: You must be able to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Communication and collaboration: You will need to communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Patient care: You will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Medication administration: You will need to administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitoring and evaluation: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
  • On-call responsibilities: You may be required to share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
  • Cleanliness and supply management: You will need to maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Patient transportation: You will be responsible for transporting patients as needed.
  • Other duties: You may be assigned other duties as required.
