## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rooms Controller to join our team at The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, California. As a Rooms Controller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations at our luxury resort.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service and respond to Service Express phones to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience
* Assist the front desk team as needed to maintain high standards of service

## Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a luxury, full-service property setting, preferably in a Rooms Controller or Front Desk Agent role
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
* Proficiency in computer systems, including Lightspeed, GXP, and MARHSA
* Marriott/Starwood experience beneficial
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and ability to effectively present information to guests
* Basic cash handling skills required
