Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
• Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Certifications: ServSafe certification required.

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
