Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain a positive and therapeutic living environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide direct care and support to clients, including medication administration, meal preparation, and household management.
- Supervise and monitor client behavior, reporting any concerns or issues to our management team.
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- A valid CT driver's license and a good driving record.
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least one year of experience in the human services field.
- Physical Management Training (PMT) and First Aid, CPR, and Medication Certification.
This is a part-time position, working Tuesday-Friday 3pm-11pm and Saturday 7am-3pm. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
