Here, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our Owners and guests, while benefiting from our commitment to the well-being of our associates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Housekeeper, your primary duties will involve cleaning villas for incoming guests and maintaining villas for those currently staying. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to guest requests and collaborating with other departments.
  • Stocking cleaning carts with necessary supplies and transporting them to designated areas.
  • Following established procedures for entering guest rooms, ensuring they are vacant before entry.
  • Replacing guest amenities and supplies in the rooms.
  • Changing out dirty linens and towels for fresh ones.
  • Making beds and neatly arranging towels.
  • Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly.
  • Disposing of trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
  • Checking that all appliances are present and functioning correctly.
  • Straightening desk items, furniture, and appliances.
  • Dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Vacuuming carpets in guest rooms and hallways.

To maintain our high standards of service, you will ensure that room services consistently meet quality expectations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

You will be expected to:

  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Complete safety training and certifications as required.
  • Store flammable materials properly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Respect the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Engage with guests using clear and professional language, anticipating their needs and addressing them effectively.
  • Support team objectives and collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
