Project Manager - Construction Materials Testing

RCG Moody International Limited c/- Intertek is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to enhance our Building & Construction division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field engineering tasks, including data analysis and fieldwork for various project types
  • Assist in project management and reporting duties
  • Perform field inspections, sampling, and testing of materials such as soils, concrete, and steel
  • Prepare and review technical reports
  • Provide consultation and ongoing support to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives
  • Draft proposals and follow up on submissions
  • Manage billing processes and ensure adherence to project budgets
  • Document changes in project scope and prepare change orders
  • Coordinate field testing and inspections, keeping clients updated on progress
  • Train field personnel on testing and inspection methodologies
  • Support other project managers and departmental leaders with various tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited institution is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Material Testing and Inspection project management is required
  • EIT/EI Registration is highly preferred
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is advantageous but not essential
  • A valid Driver's License with a reliable driving record is essential
