KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving Sales Goals
  • Meet company sales objectives by utilizing effective sales strategies and imparting product knowledge to customers.
  • Stay informed about ongoing sales, promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, including monthly store setups and maintaining designated areas.
- Enhancing Customer Experience
  • Demonstrate and uphold the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) standards for a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Facilitate a smooth and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, returns, security protocols, and other operational procedures.
  • Influence purchasing decisions at checkout and achieve add-on sales targets, including gift card promotions.
  • Enroll customers in loyalty programs and foster enduring relationships through personalized service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product offerings both in-store and online.
  • Engage regularly with customers through the customer book.
- Operational Efficiency
  • Assist in replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked.
  • Support order fulfillment and visual merchandising tasks as directed.
  • Help uphold store cleanliness and organization.
- Collaboration and Development
  • Encourage a cooperative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • Pursue personal development opportunities and welcome constructive feedback.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

This role may encompass various brands with minor differences in duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or sales is preferred
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to adapt to company-provided technology
  • Effective organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Regular attendance is vital to ensure adequate store coverage and achieve company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Continuous walking/standing throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift)
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of shift)
