Nature of Position: As a key member of the Procurement and Business Services team at InsideHigherEd, the eProcurement Systems Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily e-commerce operations for our organization. This role will collaborate with the IT department and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of eProcurement systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations of eProcurement applications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor system security and compliance
  • Lead and participate in system projects
  • Train end-users and technical staff

Educational and Experience Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Four years of software applications administration experience, preferably in higher education or the public sector, is also required.

Other Specifications: The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of system administration. Additionally, the ability to be a subject matter expert on eProcurement applications is essential. Remote work is possible up to 20% during off-peak periods.
