About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Event Coordinator to join our team at Badger State Brewing Company. As a Sales and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our private event spaces, including the Barrel Haus, to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and bookings for private events
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the space online and create engaging content
  • Assist with walk-throughs, setup of signing contracts, and assist the Private Event Coordinator
  • Design promotional posters and hand-outs for Barrel Haus events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on social media content and lead for publication timelines
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and work assignments
  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of event sales experience, including the organization, planning, and successful execution of events
  • Customer service background and strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Experience working with vendors, including liquor, décor rental, and caterers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
