Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification.
    • Bachelor's degree in Foodservice Management, Nutrition, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year experience in foodservice management, with experience in healthcare foodservice preferred.
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions
    • Able to lift and carry in excess of 50 pounds.
    • Able to withstand extreme temperatures, hot and cold.
    • Able to work long hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
