Job Summary

Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) is seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting geospatial data, and processing survey measurements. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Operations: Conduct field surveys, adjust and operate surveying instruments, and collect geospatial data using various methods and equipment.
  • Data Processing: Process survey data, create boundary, topographic, right-of-way, and as-built surveys using MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data, measurements, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Engineering, or applicable experience.
  • Licensure: Possess Professional Surveyor (PS) license or have the ability to obtain.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related surveying experience, with experience in MicroStation Select Series, Open Roads Designer, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
