Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to Maintenance Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all maintenance work meets our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Project Management: Manage day-to-day activities of Maintenance Technicians, including attendance, time sheet review, inventory replenishment, and vehicle maintenance.
- Health and Safety: React promptly to Health and Safety issues, working collaboratively with legal, management, and residents to resolve them.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and residents, providing regular updates and project status.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members, establishing expectations and actively communicating with them.
- Education: High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior maintenance leadership experience required.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and ability to work effectively with all levels of individuals.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
