About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our software products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
