Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction ">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term strategy and sustainability ">
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders ">
  • Gather industry intelligence to inform business development ">
  • Create technical presentations and develop engineering work scopes. ">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred) ">
  • 10+ years of experience in refinery process chemical treatment sales and service or combined experience in process chemical sales with refinery process engineering ">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and communication skills ">
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time ">
