Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site leadership to analyze quality and customer experience metrics, including identifying root causes of issues.
  • Optimize logistics operations by implementing standardized processes and leading your team effectively.
  • Uphold and advocate for all safety initiatives and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
  • Actively identify and spearhead process enhancement initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies.

Supervisory Duties:
Your team of Transportation Associates will be essential in ensuring timely delivery of orders to Amazon customers.

You will be accountable for training your team effectively and addressing their needs to enable them to concentrate on their responsibilities.

Moreover, a crucial aspect of your role is to drive change at an accelerated pace; innovation has been the cornerstone of our global success.

Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee and performance management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques.
