  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify fire, security, and health hazards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Plan and estimate resources required for various maintenance projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners.
