This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of all manufacturing activities, including production, repair & overhaul, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, planning, and logistics.

They are regarded as the leading designer and manufacturer of mission-critical power electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Propel profitable business expansion while achieving quarterly and annual operational and EBITDA objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and results through robust performance management practices.
- Ensure exemplary on-time delivery and quality standards for the customer base.
- Oversee multiple sites effectively.
- Lead a team comprising 6 direct reports and approximately 150 indirect reports.
- Formulate and manage operational and capital budgets to meet annual EBITDA targets.
- Initiate productivity enhancement projects aimed at consistently lowering overall costs and optimizing working capital.
- Optimize workforce requirements, including temporary labor and overtime, to improve labor efficiencies.
- Streamline processes for the efficient launch of new products into production.
- Mentor and manage direct reports, focusing on talent development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within manufacturing operations, possessing budgetary and P&L accountability (e.g., Business Unit Manager or Plant Manager).
- Experience in high complexity, low volume, high mix aerospace and defense operations.
- Proven track record in strategic initiatives that drive consistent productivity improvements.
- Ability to balance long-term manufacturing strategies with day-to-day operational execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; an MBA is preferred.

The organization offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and attractive long-term equity incentives.
Salary Range
$225,000 - $265,000 Plus Bonus (Performance Based)
