This role includes a base salary plus commission, with eligibility for benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, cultivate, propose, and secure new business opportunities.
- Proactively seek new client leads through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.
- Renew contracts with existing clients annually.
- Assist in gathering necessary coverage information and managing deposit and renewal premiums.
- Maintain accurate documentation for both current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the assigned account manager to oversee all aspects of new client relationships.
- Support and drive cross-selling initiatives for both existing and new clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
- Participate in training sessions and courses to keep skills current.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in all dealings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-oriented role.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty License.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
