Job Title: Direct Support Professional - Residential

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional - Residential to join our team at ACHIEVE. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of disabilities to live independently and participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and assistance to individuals to develop and/or improve independent living skills, such as cooking, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Assist individuals with personal care skills, including showering, tooth brushing, toileting, and bathing.
  • Administer medications and documentation according to procedure.
  • Accompany individuals to grocery stores and other stores for on-site training in purchasing.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and other events as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier
