Overview of the Role
Hire Health is a nationally recognized medical practice dedicated to prevention-based physicals, wellness exams, and fitness evaluations. Our team approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting cardiopulmonary and fitness assessments of patients, including evaluating patients' vitals, performing pulmonary function testing, body composition analysis, assessing musculoskeletal fitness, and developing individual exercise prescriptions.

This multi-site position involves frequent travel, allowing the successful candidate to experience various work environments and expand their professional network.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing patient care by assessing health history, running screening tests, and measuring body composition.
  • Developing exercise prescriptions based on patients' fitness levels and educating them on exercise recommendations, diet, and fitness fundamentals.
  • Documenting information via Electronic Medical Record systems and utilizing testing software.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience in clinical exercise testing and strong EKG interpretation skills. A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Certifications in BLS, ACSM, and ACLS are also desirable.

Benefits and Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Hire Health provides healthcare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan, and paid vacation time.
