Sales Performance Analyst

Overview
This position is integral to managing all facets of the Sales Incentive Program and associated Sales Performance Funds. You will evaluate, refine, and supervise essential processes related to Sales Incentives, which encompass incentive plan formulation, territory and account strategy, quota establishment and allocation, as well as commission disbursements and accrual assessments. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities are vital due to frequent collaboration with sales personnel and management, in addition to IT, finance, and operational teams from various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, refine, and manage Sales Incentive plans, including the design, modeling, and administration of Incentive Plans, as well as the structuring and management of Sales Performance Funds
- Oversee Sales Incentive processes such as the creation, distribution, and management of Goal Letters, territory planning, quota allocation, quota credit and payout estimations, and commission accrual assessments
- Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance processes, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets
- Foster a collaborative, trustworthy, and accountable workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Incentives is preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing high-impact tasks
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and seek support when necessary
- Exhibits high ethical standards, a strong work ethic, and integrity
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and process enhancement skills are essential
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in functions such as filtering, sorting, formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and data management
- Preferred knowledge in Python and/or OpenPyXL, modeling and analytics using an n-dimensional cube, and familiarity with Salesforce, IBM Planning Analytics, SQL, IBM Cognos, SAP, and other data management systems
- Occasional domestic travel may be necessary
