Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
This role provides critical insight and management over all aspects of the Sales Compensation Plan and related Sales Performance Incentive Funds. The ideal candidate will analyze, improve, and manage key processes related to Sales Compensation, including compensation plan design and modeling, territory and account planning, quota definition and distribution, and commissions payments and accrual estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, model, and administer Sales Compensation plans, including Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
- Manage Sales Compensation processes, including Goal Letter creation, distribution, and management, Management By Objectives (MBO) creation, distribution, and management, and quota credit and payout estimations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage resources to achieve objectives.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
Requirements:
- MBA with an emphasis in finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Compensation experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and process improvement skills.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience with Python, OpenPyXL, and data analytics tools.
