  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to all YesCare policies and applicable client systems.
  • Audit Coordination: Leading the Medical Audit Committee and facilitating monthly meetings.
  • Accreditation Maintenance: Securing and maintaining necessary accreditations and inspections as mandated by management.
  • External Coordination: Collaborating with Hospital Administrators and external providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Policy Enforcement: Upholding and enforcing all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conducting annual performance evaluations for all personnel, including peer reviews.
  • Corrective Action Plans: Ensuring timely and accurate completion of CAPs as necessary.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Addressing employee conduct issues in accordance with YesCare policies.
  • Decision-Making: Exercising independent judgment in managing facility operations.
  • Meeting Participation: Attending required regional and corporate meetings.
  • Health Services Planning: Coordinating the annual health services planning process for the facility.
  • On-Call Responsibilities: Accepting on-call cell phone duties as required.
  • Confidentiality Commitment: Upholding all regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • Additional Duties: Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
