Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for store personnel. Aid in the training and development of store staff to achieve peak performance in sales and operational tasks. Ensure seamless store operations, which encompasses inventory management, expense tracking, promotional execution, and employee scheduling. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and product launches. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and team to meet or surpass all operational and financial objectives. Uphold a safe, clean, and organized store environment by implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager regarding staff performance, operational processes, and sales strategies, including potential improvements and training needs. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, staffing, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness. Spend the majority of business hours on the sales floor engaging with customers, mentoring staff, and managing core business functions. Availability for full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in written and verbal communication. Strong customer service orientation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of retail operations. Basic arithmetic skills for handling transactions.Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Willingness to work extended shifts as needed. Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.Benefits Offered:
