Job Summary

Sand Companies Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuum building halls, stairwells, and common spaces. Mop floor areas and clean windows and doors.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that all areas are well-organized and tidy.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Technician to report any concerns or issues.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and inspecting irrigation systems.
Requirements
  • Education: None required, but a year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organization and prioritization skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and drug test.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with variable hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.
