Patient Care Coordinator

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of primary care Medical Assistant experience
- Current CPR and BCL certifications
- Phlebotomy license or experience preferred
Work Schedule:
- Variable weekday and weekend shifts
- Monday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Tuesday: 11am-6:30pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
